Analysis of the obtained images reveals asymmetry in the temporomandibular joint spaces, with the right side showing reduced dimensions. No irregularities are observed in the contours or subcortical cancellous bone of the right mandibular condyle, and the mandibular fossa appears normal; however, slight irregularity is noted on the cortical articular surface of the articular eminence on this side. Regarding the left temporomandibular joint, irregularity of the mandibular condyle's cortical articular surface is observed, accompanied by mild subchondral sclerosis. There is mild irregularity of the articular eminence, with no abnormalities in the mandibular fossa. The range of motion of the mandibular condyles is extensive, demonstrating hypermobility that extends beyond the limits of the articular eminence; however, the movement itself is symmetrical. No apparent abnormalities are observed in the muscles of mastication. Slight asymmetric hypertrophy of the adenoid lymphoid tissue is noted—appearing slightly thicker on the left—which should be correlated with direct clinical inspection. Conclusion: The examination reveals findings consistent with osteoarthritis of the temporomandibular joints, predominantly on the left side.

Got this directly from the hospital.
For those who can't be bothered to read, my left masseter is bigger than my right one, I got arthritis on my jaw bone. My left condil is also bigger than my right one
