Yes they can, skin atrophy will happen if use of hc goes on for too long/ prolonged use. That’s why when using hc on the nose, only tiny pea sized drops are applied for two weeks. If used too prolonged, that’s when things start getting risky. But when you use tiny amounts, it’s like controlled skin thinning

Yes they can, skin atrophy will happen if use of hc goes on for too long/ prolonged use. That’s why when using hc on the nose, only tiny pea sized drops are applied for two weeks. If used too prolonged, that’s when things start getting risky. But when you use tiny amounts, it’s like controlled skin thinning
