Not sure if this was answered in any threads (if so my bad)


But I just wanted to know if beta carotene improves colouring (for context, im taking about 150000 iu a day (free beta carotene)

risk of cardiovascular death increases by 12 percent in this study if im not wrong (for the general population, not smokers or unhealthy people)
