I had to get my upper jaw widened, now that it is the fully widened the appliance (pic related) is still going to remain there for the next year and a half until my braces are out also.
Is mewing possible with this appliance? I have tried it and it had removed the adhesive on the appliance which was made to seal the keyhole to widen it after the procedure was done.
If anyone has any tips on these please let me know I have not found anything online.
