Eyedrops? Under-eye skin care?

I'm on the fence about what type of eyedrops to get. I've heard alot of good things about lumify, but what makes it stand out from the rest? Another question I have is whether under-eye elixir is even credible or if it's just an overhyped cash grab that has barely any softmaxxing effects (or however you say it)

Rohto Lycee Eyewash​

it does have a cooling agent i believe so itll feel weird at first but it helps with redness and cleansing and youll get used to it fast, i use it
