I have bad posture in general, but the biggest issue seems to be my forward head posture. I’m new to this community, but I’ve heard that FHP can seriously hurt facial aesthetics, especially jawline, neck definition, and side profile.

Does anyone here know how to actually fix it long-term?

I’ve seen chin tucks recommended a lot, but I don’t think doing only chin tucks is enough to correct my posture overall. I’m looking for a method or routine that actually works, not just generic advice.

Remember that posture isn't just about standing; tongue posture, head posture, proper swallowing, and neck exercises are also very important. To improve the forward movement of your face, you can start by practicing yoga every day to correct your posture. Keep your head aligned with your shoulders at all times, and position your chest slightly forward without exaggerating its positioning. Regarding neck training

Extension 1-3 sets 8-12 reps

Flexion 1-3 sets 15-25 reps

Lateral 1-3 sets 15-25 reps

Rotation 1-3 sets 15-25 reps

Min 1 time per week

Max 2 time per week

And when it comes to swallowing correctly To swallow correctly, you can press your tongue against your palate as if you were mewing your way through the food. Do this even when you're drinking water or swallowing your saliva. There are more detailed videos on YouTube about this. And when looking at your phone, always keep it at face level or slightly above your chest. I hope this will help you.

Posture=confidence

Not just muscle development. Let that sink in
