Genuinely is worse then I thought turning 16 in a month 5”5 maybe. 5”6 probably not. My growth plates were 2 years delayed but that was a while ago.

Genuinely what should I do, I’m willing to inject atp.

you won't do much if your genetics arent allowing you to get taller tho, you can still try tho, i went from 5'11 to 6'1 in 2 years from 18 to 21, because i had the same thing you did. i had 2 years of delay

researching and finding the right dosages is the most important part so you won't die or something
if your plates are truly delayed by 2 years then you have a good chance to grow more

makes sense. gotta level up your game bro, it well help a LOT, try getting into a primal diet, or just eating clean for starters

Honestly not sure. I just know I was on track for normal growth but to be the shortest percentile. Lady js said late bloomer and gave up. Parents mom 5”5 dad. 5”8 but brothers are 5”8.5 5”9.5 and. 5”10 3/4
