help me fix my skin

my skin is so annoying my nose has so many blackheads , my cheeks get closed comedones (i think thats what its called )and my chin gets white heads its so annoying , it seems like nothing gets rid of it . I also get small black heads on my cheeks but they aren't that noticeable

i usually get like 4-5 actual pimples around my face which is manageable everything else makes my face look weird and have weird texture
what products should i try to fix this

ive tried paulas choice exfoliate for my black heads it didnt work that well and it also make the sides of my nose dry and my skin would peel , i use cera ve foaming wash which doesnt make a change , in the past ive tried the niacinamide serum from good molecules which cleared the closed comedones up a bit but it broke me out its like if i find one product that works for something i wanna fix it makes another so much worse , i ended up giving up on trying to find products for that reason but im hoping someone would be able to help because my skin makes me so mad

ditch the skincare products and hop on topical tret

yeah salicylic acid doesnt work for me either tbh :/
niacinimide is good not good if it broke u out tho so yeah stop using that
your cerave cleanser is fine to keep using as it wasnt going to fix the issue on its own anyway and not causing any more problems
for ur actual problem the closed comodones you should probably try a retinol like tret

i havent used tret specifically but i have used adapalene which is also vitamin a :3
its ok its not a dumb question
0.025% and use 2-3 times a week at first and u can increase usage at ur own pace to whatever works best for u
