I just got marpe installed 16m almost 17, and I’m consulting with several surgeons in the area yet they all refuse to offer me a custom djs after marpe when im a little older regardless of my extremely recessed maxilla & mandible which were caused by bad habits & premolar extractions. Also I am a bimax candidate specifically for airway, but with negligible potential aesthetic benefit with such small movements.What age and what countries are good to start seeking for consultings outside the US, for ex Korea to seek a custom djs? And potentially orbital rim implants + rhinoplasty all in coordination? (Money isn’t an issue) I can pay for good info. Also would you guys ever recommend a series of midface implants because obviously I can’t get lefort 2, thank you for reading

Im not looking for ideal euro dimo bone mass either, just want to have somewhat decent enough appeal to be able to have a relationship with a girl lol

I don’t wanna die bro 😭 & I got nepo’d into a business where I’m at the point where I can afford most surgeries, but I’ve only seen bad things come from a lef 2 saw some guys nasal arteries blast open and profusely bleed out for a minute

Not sure if it worth it all of this over your side? Just do some implants and call it a day your capped at htn max since u have small eyes

Bimax would be a hassle for you since it would be small movements lot of pain and suffering up to you tho
