Hello, I wanted to get some advice on what I should do. Below are some pictures of my current physique, I’m just not sure what my step should be and I know in order to lower face fat I have to do certain steps, I wanna build more muscle while keeping a lean face so I’m wondering if I should keep the same diet I have going on, or a lean bulk, I wanna build muscle while losing fat but idk what to do I feel stuck in the same spot

Good starting physique, you’re already pretty lean.

Go for a Lean Bulk that’s protein-rich and high carbs/sodium (high carbs/sodium for all the cardio and working out you’ll have to do

Pick up a gym routine from stealing from a youtubers YT account. I personally use this guys routine—specifically his calisthenics routine as his physique resembles mine and his body is fucking insane

Joel Williams is also a good youtuber for gym routines

For cardio, I recommend doing jump roping as it promotes lymphatic drainage (de-bloats), burns body fat, and has other good athletic and health benefits compared to other cardio forms. You also don’t burn out as easily. 20-30 sessions is what I personally do

Lastly, pick up the circadian method or intermittent fasting. I recommend the first one since you’re bulking

Don’t bother trying to get lean if you aren’t willing to put a lot of time into Cardio.

do a clean bulk with lotsss of protein, hit the gym and try the low volume - high frequency training (unless youre a beginner), take creatine, sleep at least 8 hours a day, do cardio and drink at least 2l of water.

Eat slightly above maintenance calories (approx 200+), high protein, medium carbs, medium healthy fats . Lean protein over fatty protein/ carbs. Train heavy, focus on compound lifts combined with cardio to stay lean. If your face starts looking puffy, cut back on carbs slightly and track your sodium intake.
