I'm new. Read around and saw that high speed jaw movement study, wondering if anyone has a before an after? Couldn't find one. Any other movements that have been proven to raise the hyoid bone?

If I'm right it lifts the underside of your jaw, making your face/jawline look a lot better. Do some searching and you'll see what I mean.
Yeah, it's done by good facial and oral posture, chin tucks, neck training, and mewing.

Gotcha, thanks. Is there a tutorial on how to do chin tucks on here? Just wanna make sure I'm doing it right. The way I've been doing it is I lay on my bed, with my head hanging off a side. Then I'll go all the way down and when I go up I try and make a double chin, like pushing my chin down to my neck then repeat.
