i’m going to need to gain muscle for track this year, i’m at a lower weight but have little muscle so i’m wondering the best way to go about gaining muscle without looking too bulky like i still want to look slim but more toned and in shape? im currently in a deficit but im planning to up my intake to allow muscle growth, do i need a surplus or will my maintenance calories be enough? im at a higher bf% too.
