The only things you could do are either get dermal fillers/other injections, maybe micro-pigmentation (although I don't think that would help in this context) or just plain cosmetic surgery. However, consult your healthcare provider and get some second opinions before you go through with anything.
 
Hey there I u want them to look big u can try the lip plumping by ordinary it’s like an almond idk what more cream to increase the size of ur lips
