Currently 16M so I can’t even get the surgery until a year or so from now. I’ve always had an underbite and have been seeing an orthodontist for years, recently over the past year I’ve seen surgeons to fix my underbite but I haven’t gotten clear answers. I’m looking to the community on here now for some advice on what kind of surgery would be the best roi for my issue, and also maybe so explanations. I will follow up with any other information if asked.

Do you think I should get one of those while also getting the surgery? I don’t think just a marpe would be enough.
probably both if you're adamant on surgery

double jaw surgery for sure

Since you are still a teen (16) you should heavily focus on correct tongue posture, it will not make a big difference but once u become an adult it will definetly pay off. For hardmaxxing there are alot of different surgeries such as: jaw advancement surgery, lower jaw setback surgery, genioplasty and double jaw surgery. I recommend to search each one and decide the one that you think is better, but the most popularized one is double jaw surgery. Hope this helps!

Sorry I had pictures attached too but deleted them earlier, it would make the post make more sense.

Braces if Done correctly, or bimax tbh

No yea I had braces when I was younger but they said I needed to get surgery😭

Then bimax is the Best Option imo
Yeah that’s what everyone’s been saying, had pictures attached but deleted them when the post slowed down. I always thought my lower jaw was fine and it was just my maxilla but now I hear all this stuff about like genioplasty with Bimax and whatever else.
