Modern men are losing testosterone.

"Water, just blast steroids"
No, the solution isn't that simple. And steroids will harm you in the long run. Let's try healthier alternatives.

Why is testosterone important in men?
Influence on facial dimorphism

Its effects: higher bone density, bone mass, muscle strength, deep voice, body hair...

Artficial steroids are a temporary solution. Why?

A sudden influx of testosterone commands your body to reduce its autonomy. The gonads stop their production so your body doesn't end up having too much testosterone. Dependency over time creates non-working genitals, hence no sperm. This is why steroidmaxxed gymrats deal with heart disease and infertility.

What can be done instead?

1. Wear 100% organic cotton, linen clothing;

Clothes from fast fashion or popular brands contain the polyester tag.
Polyester contains BPA (Bisphenol A). Wearing that in long duration cause: altered testicular development, lower sperm count, cancer.

2. Lower BMI

3. Check your thyroid function.

The thyroid gland produces T3 and T4 hormones that control metabolism, energy, heart rate, and reproductive health.
If the thyroid does not produce enough of them; total testosterone goes down, reduced ), decreases sperm count/motility, and contributes to erectile dysfunction or delayed ejaculation.

Solution? well-rounded diet with adequate iodine (from whole foods like dairy, eggs, or fish), and avoid kelp over-supplementation.

4. Sleep well
Sleep is very important. It's the moment where a lot of testosterone is released into your bloodstream.

Lack of sleep can reduce testosterone by 10–15% in healthy young men. [Source]

5. Xenoestrogen-free products

Especially in body wash or moisturisers, these compounds act like estrogen while inhibiting testosterone production.

Conclusion: natural remedies are always better

Testosterone don't matter if you don't get girls in the end of the day.

I mean most people who have high dimorphism are already born predisposed to have it,ofc testosterone is important but it's not going to save the average man from being single

Not my point.
but you proved mine by this reply lol
Testosterone has physiological functions regardless of whether you’re in a relationship or nah
It plays roles in muscle growth, bone density, energy, mood, reproductive function etc

jfl changing clothing or sleeping more wont do shit, either you start roiding at supraphysiological levels or just normal trt there you go.

non-working genitals, hence no sperm
muh spermcount will go down muh no sperm production. cope. i goon almost daily on a total of 525mg of AAS soon to be 725 and my cum is good my penis works

to prevent this you can also just use HMG or rFSH

This is why steroidmaxxed gymrats deal with heart disease and infertility.
lmao heart disease comes from blasting and long term use we are only trying to have high testosterone meaning TRT, this is a very healthy therapy you wont even have side effects on 125-210mg of testosterone.

permanent infertility is very rare and if you want to have kids once again use hcg so your LH is active again

how is testosterone bad in the long run? Fertility isn’t really a issue unless you run other compounds

Test even for long periods doesn’t shut down HPG that hard

The supplement itself is not bad, it's the effect it gives you
A foreign party is giving you the testosterone, and so signals the brain to stop producing Luteinizing Hormone (LH) manually

Even in correct dosage it will cause acne, oily skin and bloating..
Also in case of an overdose it can cause blood clots and estrogen via aromatization, which gives gynecomastia in men

Even if you stop taking doses, the testicles are slowed and shrunk

So why go through harsh side effects when you can stimulate the production naturally

It doesn’t shut it down harshly and recovery is easy. Why I said it doesn’t shut down the HPG axis entirely. I feel like you just don’t really know what you’re talking about.

Literally anything below 400 test won’t give you sides as long as you pin once a day or EOD
Even if you stop taking doses, the testicles are slowed and shrunk
Extremely easy to gain fertility even if you manage to shut yourself down.
So why go through harsh side effects when you can stimulate the production naturally
You won’t get anything worthwhile from natural methods though.

Acne and oily skin settle after a while.
