Does anyone have any serious / constructive advice on achieving this midface augmentation?

My current face is the photo on the first and third photo, and I'd like to achieve the structure and soft tissue outcome of the middle photo.

I want to particularly focus on the following areas:

Frontal malars:
My zygomatic width to bigonial width ratio is already near the upper limit, so I want to increase my anterior malar projection to equally match my lateral width. I currently have infraorbital implants but they are very subtle and do not extend to my malar region.

Paranasal region:
I have slight depression in my nasolabial area but most of this could be due to soft tissue / fat migrating down to the nasal region.
I'm considering paranasal implants or bone grafting, but I'm not certain on how exactly this would change my nasal midface region.
From my side profile, I feel like my nasal base (where my alars sit) is already projected to my ideal height. I do not want my nose to look suffocated by paranasal projection, but I want to achieve the flattened nasal appearance of the second photo, what should be my best approaches to achieve this?

Nasal columella:
My current nasal columella sits slightly behind my radix, I'd like to increase this by ~3mm to sit slightly in front of my radix. Wondering if this would be optimally beneficial for my anterior depth?

PLEASE NOTE: My lower face and nose is quite swollen in my pictures as I recently had a rhinoplasty, these will debloat significantly overtime.

I'm looking for neutral and constructive observations and feedback, thanks!! :)

you have extreme recession
I've had lefort I but it does not have the midface improvement effects of a lefort II or III so that's why im seeking midface augmentation.

is this morph below (right photo) a visible improvement? I'm also asian so I'm judging in relation to my phenotype.
