i have some kinda sever crowding on 1 tooth and i think im getting braces but i heard if they extract itll recess me and i was leaning towards fme or marpe so would any of you know whats the best route to take?

get any palatal expansion that works for your age, you will still need braces afterwards so it doesnt matter.

Pick the one that doesn’t tilt your teeth but actually expands. Plus if you don’t want an extraction I think you could tell me them that you want to avoid it at all costs.
