Use this cream nightly wet ur face pat dry it with a clean towel of course
then apply to the nose with pea size amount on the tip of ur nose then gently scrub on your nose
for 2 weeks straight and after that when u feel like ur nose is bloated before going out.
dont over do it or else it can tear up your skin

or use Accutane
or just get nose width reduction surgery

I've never used it for that. I used to get a rash next to my nose so I get a monthly prescription. Never thought of using it for anything other than for that. gonna try your method
