Is it possible to somehow understand that puberty has stopped and there is no point in taking DHT (creatine)? I'm 16.1 years old, 5'9 and I've been kind of stuck for 2 years not growth, probably because both my parents are 5'5.

btw can I grow in height more?
 
Xray ur growth plates, you can no longer grow if your growth plates are closed.
And at 16.1 years old you are definitely still in puberty.
