Pubertymaxxing advices. I'm 15. please give me advices guys.

pubertymaxxing. I know mewing chewing, gymmaxxing, some other stuff. Please enlighten me with your wisdom.
 
Try to take care of your diet. No excesive sugar, salt. Eat protein and vegetables. Drink a lot of water. Try to do stretches to grow taller and adjust cardio to your routine(HGH realise), also try to track your sleep. All the advice i would give to my younger self.
 
its probably mostly genetics. I am tall, ate a lot of sugar, went years without much protein, lotta soy in my diet, exercised a below average amount.
 
Diet and exercise, Lifting weights won't stunt your growth it will skyrocket your testosterone and make you horny as fuck in the morning.

you also want to heightmaxx but please don't do deadlifts as it can actually make you shorter overtime, or in general don't do super high intensity exercises as that has been shown to possibly cause premature end of puberty.
