Do you think it's the type of rhinos people chose (usuall completely changes the type of nose they have and they all end up looking fake and identical) or that the procedure for normal-ish nose is bad in general? Like if people only asked for subtle and natural changes would it look ok?

i think it is mostly about type of rhinos people chose because whenever a person doesnt like their face they just jump in and get a rhino even tho most of the times nose isnt the problem they just doesnt understand facial aesthetics and how it is diffrent for every race. but still ı rarely see a good rhinoplasty

It's the big nose syndrome. Since their nose is extra large they go straight for super small noses that look weird af on them on top of everyone being able to tell it was a rhino

i think it is a small percentage tbh and u prolly cant even tell if it is a rhino or not if its done right so u cant really compare it if u dont know

On the street maybe but I was referring to clinic photos that they post themselves and people who admit to have had rhinos

Oh by unnatural I didn't mean that it's defacto unnatural looking due to it being the result of surgery, I meant that if you're getting a different nose you should choose a shape that exists in reality. I just do not find the obvious rhino look pretty, if I can't tell and it looks good then I am not against it.

same principle, they can be well done or botched and I think it depends on whether you go for a natural look that matches your face and ascends you or just get the weird alien looking shit just because it's the smallest available or sum bs
