I'm not underweight or anything but I have a decently low body fat (for a female) at 16.5% so I have virtually no cushioning around my lowe ribs. Does anyone know ways to help reduce the appearance without gaining fat? Like breathing methods or something not involving weight or surgery?

You know it’s gross when I don’t say “grodie”
Its not rlly that bad I season my food alot but its kinda hard to tell from the pics. I normally use garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and onion powder depending what I make. I also don't care what I eat much and dont crave food often so I try to eat healthy most days.

The potato’s and carrots looks nasty. And that yellow stuff (maybe eggs) looks like mold

Eggs. And the potatoes looks like average fried potatoes. Tha carrots are candied carrots meaning they were boiled in water with brown sugar.

ribflair in most cases is because of your way of breathing growing up. Visit a doctor to correct it with braces or surgery. Or naturally you can train your lower ribcage (core) and fix your breathing and over time it'll improve.

weak diaphragm. look up breathing exercises to specifically target it. laying on ur back, hands on ribs & breathing so u expand ur stomach forwards while locking ur ribs downward towards ur feet. when u breath out there should also be an effect of downward locking. keep thinking downward & tight ribs. practise daily. your core is probs also weak, deadlift & plank. idk why youd rather come here to be made fun of than just google it tbh

idk about your ribs just fix your diet tm carbs
I only eat one meal a day and potatoes are very satieting. I actually eat more fats than carbs lol
 
It seems like your diet is lacking in nutrients and consists of a lot of greasy foods. On a separate note, I think eating off proper crockery can make a big difference in your overall well-being. It's similar to wearing fresh socks versus ones with holes - it can affect your entire demeanor.
 
u shouldn’t be eating omad
It helps with blaoting and keeping my body fat in the athletic range my diet also covers every nutrient I need exept vit D and im taking supplements for it

Its fatty but I use butter so its alot healthier than oil
