Serious Should i get a rhinoplasty??

I live in where any necessary surgeries/healthcare are taken care of without any upfront cost. However, I’m going to be getting a septoplasty to correct my deviated septum and fix my breathing problems which likely won’t cause any outward structural changes. Would it be worth it to pump in a couple thousand $$$ To add a rhino onto it, turning the surgery into a septorhinoplasty. I’ve personally noticed a trend in my nose that the tip is downward turned and my radix is protruding slightly giving me a nasal bump. What are ur thoughts? hardmaxx or nah (18y/o Eurasian Male)

Edit: adding on the rhinoplasty cost money, the septoplasty is covered.
