i typically eat VERY little i have like no appitite ever and im trying to eat around 2100 cals and min 100 g protein a day

Id like to but i need to gain just fat first. Im 176cm with 50kg and im struggling to hit even my daily maintenance. Maybe once i have a consistency of hitting daily surplus.
 
what meal inspo do you guys have
For me its a bit more limited since I dont always have access to a kitchen but these things work around that and my small appetite

1. Oatmeal. I dont like to fully cook it so its just like oats mixed with milk in the microwave. I mix melted butter, cream, and sometimes trail mix as a topping. I keep pouring more milk as i eat.

2. Just milk. For a snack or lunch ill go buy 1 litre of milk 3% at the grocery store and just drink like a soda.

3. Peanuts and peanut butter. Dont require a fridge and easy to snack on or add to your lunch.

4. Kefir. In my country its standard to use instead of milk in cereal which is popular in many countries. I add oatmeal, cream, syrup, and/or honey for extra calories.

5. Liverpaste. Its very cheap per calorie imo. Here you can get 250g for 2$. I just eat it straight paired with milk.

Increase the number of meals Instead of three large meals, have 5-6 small snacks spread throughout the day. Avoid drinking water with meals stop drinking water 30 minutes before and after meals. Water can fill the stomach and suppress appetite. Increase variety in your diet use spices delicious food stimulates appetite.

Add 20 grams(2 tea spoons) of olive oil to your meals.

Thats easily 160 extra calories per meal without having to forcefeed yourself
 
And on the positive note, women have no prostate. No prostate cancer if don't have one.

Therefore the GOMAD protocolo might viable for women without dying as fat cancer powerlifter.

GOMAD = gallon of milk a day

Just buy a giant american jug of milk and drink it through the day

For a lean bulk on a low appetite you need to eat more often, and reducing mastication to reduce the sensation of satiety.

For example : Mixing your carbs with your proteins, like e.g. having oats and fruits soaked in milk/yogurt overnight (more digest and easy to eat when they soaked for hours) or making a Hachis Parmentier, french dish when you mix layers of smashed potatoes with layers of grouded beef, but could be seasoned chicken, turkey, pork or sometimes even fish for the pesco-vegetarians.

Or trying weight gainer shakes : When in a blender you mix whey protein, milk, yogurts, fruits, honey, peanut butter and oat flour, that you drink during the day.

for me i like to do scrambled eggs n salmon w avocado in the mornings (3-4 eggs)
steak baguettes in the afternoons r great and very easy to make and it doesnt feel like ur eating too much either.
also an underrated one, soups, it doesnt feel like ur eating a lot (oxtail soup is great imo) even if ur out u can put it in a thermal flask and have it on the go which is nice and easy.
the trick is to snack often and slowly up ur food intake, do it all at once and ur gonna make eating feel like a chore which will demotivate u. Dont be afraid of carbs and try to incorporate protein into ever meal

yeah im trying to eat a surplus but being a low appetite girl makes it hard 😭

my issue is i get full very fast and i basically never get hungry like ever i could go days without eating it’s rlly hard to eat often even small snacks
but the water tip is interesting i’ll keep that in mind

i almost got there but i just hateddd the eating in surplus i felt like the tokyo ghoul gif where he tried to eat the burger

is just adding calories with no protein sustainable tho? that doesn’t seem like it would help me gain muscle

id make big ones and be close to 1k cals with them

lactose intolerance might be the death of me but anything for a hot bod

im in the same situation LOL im 108 trying to get above 120 so i can put on some muscle but eating is rlly hard, especially since im recovering from an ed
so you didn’t end up gaining the weight? were you doing it for muscle like did you workout?
