Okay I have a narrow palate caused by 4 adult teeth extraction + mouth breathing at night for 14 years of my life, and as result maxilla and jaw are recessed alongside tiny lips and sphenoid is assymetric due to genetics. I am now 16 looking to get aesthetic bimax in Korea, but I am not sure if I should also get MSE marpe carpe etc because bimax doesn’t fix my small palate. Im moneymaxxing I can afford most surgery, but also since Korean surgery is hella cheap. Give me suggestions thank u fellas

only bimax, and if I’m not offered bimax, I have an approved sleep test and I do have some middle-high degree of sleep apnea. I’m not doing plastic surgery whatsoever it looks horrible

Try to get to 15% bf,fix the skin quality between you eye brows and on your nose with coconut oil massage or other anti-sebum products, make your under eyelids to appear more healthy by sleeping enough and applying ice on it to contract the capillaries
