Ive tried js standing up straight but it feels unnatural and idk if im doing it right, r there any exercises I could do to improve back/core strength?
I wouldn’t say my posture is like horrendous, slightly below avg but i don’t look like a shrimp

Deadlifts, maybe some core exercises like crunches
Lean your entire body on a wall and keep it straight to the wall, that’s the posture you should be aiming for
