@tulip when you're between that range you're training for volume, anything lower than 3 is for strength, higher than 12 is for endurance

high volume means many repetitions

if you want to be thicker but still skinny do what i said earlier

so go in the gym and do 4 sets of any leg excersise with enough weights to keep in the 6-8 repetitions range

plus a lot of walking and running
