Diet and skincare, primarily only eating animal products from healthy animals e.g. from a farm that I know to treat their animals well; double cleansing in the morning and at night at minimum. Edit: removing carbs except fruit and honey reduced the redness on my nose and under my eyes significantly, as well as general inflammation.

being consistent with my skincare (laroche posay cleaner + moisturizer), not eating shitty foods, not overeating in general as well.

I have face psoriasis so :

1/ animal based diet, animal fats, gut health with kefir, and cutting sugar

2/ Cleanser with Salicylic acid, niacinamide & urea

3/ Homemade Moisturizer with Glycerin, Vitamin D, Niacinamide, Salicylic acid, Zinc/Copper, and sunscreen (titane dioxyde/karanja oil)

4/ When i have a big rash i use cortisone but it's rare now
