What surgeries do you advise me ? I would prefer an answer with a ranking by return on investment.
I planning to do rhinoplasty and orbital fat grafting (i have huge UEE), maybe canthoplasty (neutral canthal tint, can look negative but it's because of the eyelash i might be coping but i'm pretty sure i'm not) with infra orbital rim implant but idk if it might be too much and become uncanny.
Is my ESR cooked btw ?
Some people suggested jaw implant and genioplasty, my chin could become to projected because of the genio
