I got option a

So my orthdosint has u all know im in braces

They currently have to make the bite worse either way hence why irl my overbite is more noticeable rn

Yet I have the option of bsso or elastics after they decompress the bite.

Im worried bsso it comes with a slight risk of nerve damage but more so im worried it could alter my portions if not done carefully

Tho im avoding extractions entrly

Elastics they will bridge the bite but do so by bringing the lower teeth forwad by a bit while brining the upper teeth back slightly.

Im kindve been stuck for a while on whether I do elastics or the full on jaw surgery ?
