back and chest acne

Im 15 and I have a problem with back and chest acne. I guess it was caused by growth spurt and hormonal system which is not stable rn as I see. Anyone who had the same problem tell me what do I do please.

heard of this, however I dont have severe acne, I just have small annoying rashes and I dont want to deal with hormonal system during the puberty

dude just use a low dose like 20mg

Accutane is safe AF don't worry, 20mg and you'll be fine
