Discussion Best split/workout routine for muscle growth while bulking?

I normally do PPL but my workout routine isn't good, is very outdated compared to newer routines with newer studies behind them

how many days do u wanna hit the gym per week? How much time do u have per gym session?
 
I plan training 4 to 5 times a week and I have about 2:30h to train
If your training 4-5 times u dont need 2.5 hours, thats just waisted time. If you wanna do 4 times do 2X UL. If u wanna do 5 days (what i would recommend) do PPL x UL. A PPL session should be between 45mins to an hour and an UL should be an hour to an hour 1/2

I used to do PPL, but recently I switched to FBEOD, and my strength gains are crazy; my bench went from 335 with elbow wraps to 365 with elbow wraps in 2 months.
