Good evening everyone,

I am 16 years old and I have £50 to spend on supplement(s). I have started going to the gym for the first time this week so please forgive me for not being knowledgable. My friend who is more experienced suggested for me to take different supplements such as creatine and pre-workout but im working on a budget here. If you also think that I should stay away from supplements while I start then let me know.

Thanks in advance everyone.

all you really need is test + possibly an oral

I would recommend the use of 19nors but you also have to consider the 32 neurological pathways it effects

so test + var + gh is usually a good combo, maybe the add-ins of DHT derts or eq

Ignore the retards peddling gear depending on the pricing the main supplements that work are around the same price of 30€ here

-fish oil promotes cardiovascular health and better skin as well better energy output
-magnesium malate promotes better sleep as well as better energy output
-protein powder the building block for muscle you're probably not getting the most out of your diet yet
-ashwaganda promotes better recovery in some people
-zinc promotes immune function and raises your testosterone naturally
-creatine promotes muscle growth, recovery and better muscle fullness

If you only have £50 I'd probably save my money and buy it afterwards since you're going to see gains anyway within your first year no need to really rush it just do HIT, eat healthy and try to get as much protein into your meals as possible and sleep for eight hours consistently. If you have to buy supplements just buy protein powder and later on creatine and you're eighty percent of the way there.
