What would be the best surgeries to improve my undereye support?
I have slight scleral show and my eyes look trash in motion, my undereye support makes me look like shit
To correct lower eyelid droopiness/dynamism would fat grafting or implants be better and also whats really the difference between canthoplasty and lower eyelid retraction

U dont need cantho. but infras with saddle and maybe fat graft

+ Epicanthoplasty with medial epicanthoplasty
