diet, workouts, and purpose

I do Pull Push Legs 2x a week and for my diet I eat whatever mom makes

But if I need to cook I will do a steak with goat's milk and that's it
 
i workout ant$post, low volume, 6 times a week, i priortize in machines 3-5 reps, i sprint 1-2 times a week, 5-6 times with 3-4 min rest in between. bc of school i do cardio. diet wise i eat a lot of red meat fish or chicken at the end of the day, i use butter and olive oil to cook, sometimes i pair it with beans rice pasta or bread. i drink a lot of milk, like 1-2 liters per day, prefered raw, i drink like 4-5 liters of water. i eat two oranges in the morning about 30-45 min after my injections, i pair that with coconut water and milk, during school i eat 1-2 bananas and a big oatmeal with protein powder. i sometimes eat a giant portion of yoghourt, in germany we call it magerquark (500g), i also eat like 100 gramms of cheese. and if my parents made something i eat it in most cases. if i wanna snack i eat a few spoons of honey or a lot of carrots.

Nvm didn't see I was in the female looksmaxxing section 😭

Just eat healthy and eat the right amount of calories if you want to maintain or lose weight (There are sites that can determine how many calories you need to eat based on your weight and height.)

And hit the muscles you want to train at least 2x a week
 
I am setting a workout up for myself that I will post later for advice but I would like to know what your guys diet and workouts are and what are the purpose of them? Your face? Body? Health? Or just goals
aesthetics. if ur frame is shit dont bother training w/o peds

shoulders daily
legs daily
arms daily
core daily
6l of water
force feed myself 3000-3500 calories

currently; Tan whenever possible, track menstrual cycle (as ur diet should accomodate what phase ur in as should ur workouts as ur hormones fluctuate and ur body needs diff things), eat as clean as possible, black tea/coffee w no sugar only honey if needed, revise n study as much as is humanly possible, go to church regularly
goals; Go gym regularly (i js want a fat ass tbf), get filler in nasolabial folds n lips, get back dimple dermals (idk theyre js cute n i like them), get back into drawing
 
When I first started working out I did it to just get stronger and that really helped me stick with it by just focusing on ability. Later when I saw results I started worrying more about aesthetics. I hated how weak I was and you just feel so much better when active. The day after I woke up from a workout my skin would be really clear too
