i workout ant$post, low volume, 6 times a week, i priortize in machines 3-5 reps, i sprint 1-2 times a week, 5-6 times with 3-4 min rest in between. bc of school i do cardio. diet wise i eat a lot of red meat fish or chicken at the end of the day, i use butter and olive oil to cook, sometimes i pair it with beans rice pasta or bread. i drink a lot of milk, like 1-2 liters per day, prefered raw, i drink like 4-5 liters of water. i eat two oranges in the morning about 30-45 min after my injections, i pair that with coconut water and milk, during school i eat 1-2 bananas and a big oatmeal with protein powder. i sometimes eat a giant portion of yoghourt, in germany we call it magerquark (500g), i also eat like 100 gramms of cheese. and if my parents made something i eat it in most cases. if i wanna snack i eat a few spoons of honey or a lot of carrots.
