How do I maintain good posture?

train back and DONT buy those posture correcting straps they’re awful for ur long term posture
weak muscles may not be the only reason of a bad posture. it could also be a breathing problem (wrong breathing pattern) or in rarer cases a skeletal issue
I know what Ideal posture looks like but I constantly have to course correct. I kinda want to just have good posture without having to correct it all the time
seems like you're being constantly aware of your posture. try to find the root cause on why you need to correct it every time. if it turns out to be a breathing problem, you should start doing full 360 degree breathing. it's the same as diaphragmatic breathing but instead of directing your breath in just your belly it...

also dont do those stretching exercises, they dont work. even if they do the changes are in trace amounts

ur right i had a friend that had to get surgery to correct his posture bc of scoliosis, it wasn’t painful it just made it impossible for him to sit straight
