18 years old with no fucking chest idk what im doing wrong. please someone js give me an actual good chest day that actually works for them. also i look fucking ugly as shit in this

Might be genetics, just use a day in your program to target the whole chest and the upper chest.

chest flies, 2 sets to failure and an incline smith press
