How to fix posture

I've tried chin tucks, i go to the gym regularily and I've recently started sleeping on my back to fix my posture but I haven't seen any results, how do I fix it, if it affects your face as much as some people say

Wall posture check
  • Stand with back against wall
  • Head, shoulders, butt touching
  • Hold 30–60 sec

Shoulder blade squeezes
  • Pull shoulders back like you’re trying to hold a pencil between them
  • 10–15 reps

Chest stretch
  • Hands on doorway, lean forward slightly
  • 20–30 sec
 
you can also do rows and reverse flys for ur upper back, and planks for ur core
