Regular nutrition (soy products, flaxseed), herbal teas and light but regular exercise can increase estrogen, but do not do too much, this will reduce estrogen.

improves skin elasticity and thickness, bone density, prevents hair thinning, makes ur face look a little bit ‘softer’. there won’t be drastical changes, like there are with testosterone, since estrogen primarily influences fat distribution and skin texture rather than altering bone structure

sounds awesome. I might be completely wrong but i think i heard a while ago, a girl on tiktok said she stole menopause pills from her mom or smth to increase estrogen. Or maybe it was birth control.

yeah it makes sense if those were menopause pills, since estrogen levels drop during menopause and pills are meant to increase them

Injections lol, u cant really naturally improve it any more to something noticable and it's the same with testosterone. Just live a healthy lifestyle to get the most of you're natural baseline (good sleep, good diet, working out etc)

If you're a chick I don't think increasing estrogen will have positive effects in the same way increasing testosterone will with a man. I'm pretty sure it will just make you fat.

Higher fat is ideal for estrogen ideal bodyfat is 25% for fertility for women

ur still developing the peak of ur estrogen levels will be around 20s as of now you still have hormonal imbalances. focus on a healthy diet and grooming ur brows and hair if u want to look more feminine. Having high estrogen levels is shit it includes more painful periods , acne breakouts ,harder to lose weight and increase risk of cancer
