improves skin elasticity and thickness, bone density, prevents hair thinning, makes ur face look a little bit ‘softer’. there won’t be drastical changes, like there are with testosterone, since estrogen primarily influences fat distribution and skin texture rather than altering bone structure

Injections lol, u cant really naturally improve it any more to something noticable and it's the same with testosterone. Just live a healthy lifestyle to get the most of you're natural baseline (good sleep, good diet, working out etc)

ur still developing the peak of ur estrogen levels will be around 20s as of now you still have hormonal imbalances. focus on a healthy diet and grooming ur brows and hair if u want to look more feminine. Having high estrogen levels is shit it includes more painful periods , acne breakouts ,harder to lose weight and increase risk of cancer
