Hi, I've been on and off the forum for a few years now and am generally happy with my appearance, there are just a few gripes I have and I've saved the money to get a more serious surgery done overseas, so I figured I would get some extra opinions since I'm still on the fence about it

I've linked some images of my front and side profile

and also just pictures I've taken in the past

and you can see that my midface is pretty long and flat (I have tear trough lines although I have made them less obvious than before), and I have a long/prominent philtrum, which are features that run in my family

Ideally I would just want a procedure that would fill in my midface and give it better projection, and a rhinoplasty to make my nose (slightly) longer and slimmer [I was on accutane for awhile and I thought the slimming effect on my nose was just right, but I don't plan on taking accutane long term]

I'm hoping the rhinoplasty can address my midface, philtrum, and my upper lip angle all at once, and I want a surgeon with some kind of simulation program so I can be very engaged with them and get the results I want

I'm also considering cheekbone implants although I would keep it relatively slight and focus more on projection as my cheekbones are wide enough as is imo

So far I'm considering VIP in Korea because I think the changes would compliment me best and I'm willing to pay the "Korean Premium" since it's still cheaper than the US price, but I'm open to recommendations for clinics or anything else

All advice is appreciated ty

Your nose is very good. The reason philtrum seems long is due to drooping mouth corners. But the area in the middle is okay. You have a bit of a droopy face from upfront due to slight negative canthal tilt/droopy eyes/eyelids, droopy mouth corner and flat face/slight lack of under eye support and lack of cheekbones. Your chin is also a bit week but that ads to a more androgene look. I would only try to do the cheekbones for now, see how that looks.

pls gym max u look like a hot baddie in last photo 😭

Jokes aside ur clearly taking good care of urself and i agree u should only go to a surgery that will provide a sim of the results

I agree, the drooping mouth corners might just be a consequence of my fat cheeks but idm that much, I'm curious what you would recommend for the eye area, I was doing eye exercises for awhile that and lifted my outer brow, I will say I'm pretty sleep deprived in that photo though cause I've been focusing on my job all month lol

I'm thinking for now I'll just get a combined malar/submalar implant in the US since it seems affordable

It's a tough problem man cause it's probably your biggest flaw. Cover the whole mouth area horizontally and you'll see how alot of harmony comes back.

I'm curious what you would recommend for the eye area

There are different problems with the eye area. They are kind of big, which I like, so that's a positive. You have a bit of drooping of the upper eyelids though. You lack lower eyelids, missing that squintish look due to that. You also have slight negative canthal tilt. So all these things, including the drooping mouth corners, make you look sad in the first pic. I don't think you van fix all these things with just softmaxing.

I mean, overall I wouldn't say you look super bad. Your profile is kind of good too. You have some niche appeal, but your facial structure is a bit weak as well. The hair suits you. But you have all these small flaws here and there, partially caused by soft tissue as well, and that makes this a more difficult case than if you had one or two big flaws.
