This is theoretical. im not a philtrumite but i do have an upturned nose

So the philtrum measurement starts at the bottom of the nose. i am someone with an overly upturned nose. what this means is that from a frontal view, my philtrum visually starts at the bottom back of my nose as opposed to the tip.

Would this mean that with just rhino, you could make your nose more downturned, which would make your philtrum visually begin lower down, hence shortening it?

conceptually i dont see how this wouldnt work (aside from an overly downturned nose). your philtrum measurement on the frontal plane would be shorter.

rhino is one of the most common hardmaxxes, hence it likely has a far lower botch rate.

youre welcome, philtrumcels

just get a lip flip why would youn get a rhino for a worser nose and your philtrum is the exact same

i think it is very case dependent. someone could already have an excessively large upper lip with an elongated philtrum and upturned nose. in that case, i think the rhino would work better as it solves an overly upturned nose AND visual length of philtrum. a lip flip for that person would only help philtrum but would make lips worse
