No shampoo- dry scalp

Hi everyone, I stopped using shampoo since last september, and it really made my hair a lot better. The only problem I’m dealing with right now is that I have a very dry scalp and it leaves some white dots in my hair (100% not dandruff). Anyone got some tips how to get rid of it?
