i recently checked out my body fat and found that i’m now at 17%. im pretty sure the recommended % for women is like 20% but i don’t trust that because that seems way too high. what percentage should i be so that im not skinny fat and have some ab definition

You can be as fat as you want as a woman as long as it's distributed correctly

you can have high amounts of bf as long as good distribution

and most bf measuring methods are notoriously known to be inaccurate

IMO it depends on fat distribution

Like I’m at 21% (5’2, 115)

But I think(?) I’m skinny, I wear xs and s

I’d say 18-21 for me. 15 is too low and any lower than that you start having side effects
