Serious shortening midface

what hardmaxxes should i do if i have a long midface? i feel like rhinoplasty is a part of it but i dont want a long ass philtrum or flat columella afterwards. should i just hope a surgeon is willing to give me a lefort II??

i dont think theres ever gonna be a surgery when they shorten it

i mean u could always use a industrial compressor or something but icl it might hurt and it probs would'nt be very high roi
