Teeth Extractions, help!

The orthopedic said I had a severe overbite, which obviously is practically gone now…but I have bimaxillary protrusion, and everyone says the only way to solve this is by getting tooth extractions. Which, I do not want to do. I’d rather just get genioplasty to match my bimax protrusion. Since the protrusion doesn’t bother me while the weak chin does.

I don’t know what the best option is!!! Someone help. 😢
