pilates /lifting + cardio like 10K+ steps every day to avoid "skinny-fat", but usually it all comes down to your diet so make sure to eat enough protein every day and track your calories. that is really is all u need tbh just dont starve
 
wrestling but it fucks up your face. if anything try doing wrestling-style cardio:

im a man but it helped debloat my face and stomach a fuck ton like its not even funny. grind this for like 2-3 months and youll get stupidly lean. lift in the meantime and eat well.
