Bonesmash isn't very settled right now. Some people will tell you it doesn't work and some will tell you it does work. We can never truly know if the person is doing it correctly or smashing himself with no strenght.
I will tell you it has given me results. You will see results the first month.
You should be doing it once per week on the bones you want to grow until "bone failure" (the term I came up with) basically to the point where your face hurts so fucking much you feel you can't do it one more time. You have to be truthful to yourself and not do it until mild discomfort.
Of course, don't use your hands, use a sturdy object, and apply something to mousturize the zone to avoid messing up your skin.
