I was banned for the day. Still haven’t fapped or taken meds. Again I wasn’t that horny today. Really weird but thank god. Feels like I’m getting in a groove when it comes to containing my horniensss. However I’m not as productive as I like without the meds and I’m getting sleepy easier and hungry easier. Still on no fap and still on no meds. I actually feel fine and energetic today. Dont have any adderall withdrawals that even compare to those first 3 days. I feel fresh and am doing my studies well.
Almost failed no fap today. Went in shower with my phone and the hot water made me giga horny. I was basically on verge of stroking my meat i was in the porn page looking at vids but i threw my phone out the shower and it worked. Very close call
